 With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Morarjee Textiles up on acquisition rumour", Morarjee Textiles Ltd has clarified to BSE that the Company, as part of its growth initiatives, explores various strategic moves from time to time. It is not the policy of the Company to comment on speculative news item. The Company has not yet finalised any deal and whenever such deals reach the final state, the same will be informed.
