NIIT Ltd - 500304 - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend
This is to bring to your kind attention that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on February 19, 2020 (which commenced at 4.00 P.M. and concluded at 5.00 P.M.) has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 8/- (Rupees Eight only) per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up, for the financial year 2019-20. Further, in terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, the Board has fixed Tuesday, March 3, 2020 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of aforesaid interim Dividend. The payment of interim dividend through permissible mode shall be made within 30 days from the date of declaration of interim dividend.
