Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Bank's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Trading by Insiders, it has been decided that 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Bank shall remain closed for the Directors, designated employees and all other insiders from 12th December, 2017 till further intimation.11-12-2017
