 Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we hereby inform that Mr. Narendra Gupta (DIN: 00418421), vide his letter dated 18th May, 2023 has submitted his resignation as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 18th May, 2023 due to his preoccupation with other avenues that are more closely aligned with his long term goals and has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those provided in his resignation letter.
