 This is in reference to the clarification regarding trading restriction period issued by the BSE Limited vide its letter Ref. No.: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and as per the Company''s 'Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company', the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company will remain closed with immediate effect i.e. from 3rd April, 2019 till Forty-Eight ( 48) hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019. Further, the date of Board Meeting for consideration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019 will be intimated in due course. Kindly take the note of the same.

 This is to inform that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 (''PIT Regulations'') and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 ('Listing Regulations'), the Board of Directors of the Company has amended the Code of Fair Disclosure under Regulation 8 of the PIT Regulations and Code of Conduct under Regulation 9 of the PIT Regulations and other Policies under Listing Regulations respectively. Actually there was one small clerical mistake in the formula set in the Excel sheet due to which the total OCI fig of the quarter 31.12.2018 came to (16.77) instead of (18.49). Now we have corrected the mistake and enclosing the corrected file so we hereby request your good office to take the note of the revised results for your record.
