Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the above mentioned subject enclosing herewith the disclosures under Regulation 7(2) read with Regulation 6(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as received by us from Pioneer E-com Fashions LLP, a Promoter Group Entity, dated 17th November, 2020. Pioneer E-Com Fashions LLP has informed that it has purchased 10,34,766 (Ten Lacs Thirty Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Six only) Equity shares of Pioneer Embroideries Limited (Company), from Open Market on 14th November, 2020. With such purchase, the shareholding of Pioneer E-Com Fashions LLP in the Company now stands enhanced by 4.15%, i.e. 18.04% to 22.19%, while the Promoter Group shareholding similarly stands increased from 25.91% to 30.06%. There has been no increase in the number of pledged shares of the Promoter Group Kindly take the same on record and acknowledge the receipt.
