 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to the Board Meeting held on 29th July, 2022 wherein Board has approved sale of Coimbatore unit. We would like to inform that the Company has sold the factory land & building/structure situated at Coimbatore unit at total consideration amounting to Rs.13,00,05,000/- vide Sale Deed dated 3rd August, 2022. The Company shall use the sale proceeds towards greenfield embroidery facility at Shree Ganesh Textile Park, Degaon, Dhule, Maharashtra. Please take the above for your record.
