This is to inform that the Company had earlier received an intimation in relation to the proposed acquisition of 5,35,64,057 equity shares held by Brookgrange Investments Limited in Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Limited by another Promoter Mr. Aloke Lohia, and a disclosure under Regulation 10(5) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011 was filed vide a letter dated 11 August 2020.
