This has reference to our letters Sc no. 17483 and Sc no. 17543 dated May 12, 2023 and June 12, 2023, respectively wherein we had informed you that the 78th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Tata Motors Limited (the Company) will be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. (IST). In order to facilitate filing of Form 20-F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, on June 12, 2023 we had submitted the Integrated Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23 (Integrated Annual Report) to the Stock Exchanges as well as uploaded the same on the website of the Company. Subsequently, we have made editorial and cosmetic changes in the Integrated Annual Report to make it more presentable to the Shareholders. There are no factual or material changes in the contents of the Integrated Annual Report, as submitted earlier. We are enclosing herewith an updated copy of the Integrated Annual Report which is being despatched to the Shareholders of the Company through email.27-06-2023
