We are now pleased to inform you that the company has been informed by BLSE that is has filed today the Red Herring Prospectus Dated 23.01.2024 with the ROC New Delhi, Delhi The Size of Fresh issue of upto 2,41,30,000 has been reduced by 11,00,000 equity shares pursuant to pre-ipo placement, the frsh issue size is up to 2,30,30,000 equity shares.
