In furtherance of our intimation dated March 27, 2023 and in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the 'Listing Regulations'), this is to inform that, Allcargo Logistics Limited ('Parent Company') has completed the acquisition of 30% stake (aggregate 1,50,000 Equity Shares) in Gati-Kintetsu Express Private Limited (''GKEPL''), material subsidiary company, from KWE-Kintetsu World Express (S) Pte Ltd comprising of 1,30,000 Equity Shares (i.e. 26% stake) and from KWE Kintetsu Express (India) Private Limited comprising of 20,000 Equity shares (i.e. 4% stake). With completion of this transaction as on date, Allcargo Logistics Limited holds 30% stake and Gati Limited holds the existing 70% stake in GKEPL.
