 This is to inform that Mr. Ashish Somani-Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company has tendered his resignation on 28th June 2023 due to personal reasons and he will be relieved from his duties effective end of business hours of 12th August 2023. He will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under the Provisions of section 203 and other applicable provisions if any of the Companies Act 2013 and regulation 30 (5) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange w.e.f. close of business hours of 12th August 2023.
