Attention is drawn to resolutions contained in Notice convening 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on 23 September 2020, inter-alia, seeking re-election of Rajnish Singh (DIN - 05319511) who retires by rotation in accordance with the provisions of Section 152 of the Companies Act, 2013 and being eligible offers himself for re-election. It may be noted that the aforementioned resolution which was put to vote as an Ordinary resolution has not been passed by the shareholders and accordingly, Rajnish Singh ceases to be a Director in the Company w.e.f. 23 September 2020.
