 This is in reference with movements in the share price of the Company. We would like to re-affirm that all the material information, that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information under Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, have always been disclosed by the Company within the stipulated time. Further, there is no additional information, which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price behavior of the Company's shares, that needs to be reported/ disclosed to the Exchange. Therefore, whatever the price movement of the Company's shares on the Exchange is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven and the Management of the Company is in no way connected with any such price movement.
