 In furtherance to earlier intimations dated December 16, 2021, March 14, 2022 and March 15, 2022, we hereby inform that, today i.e. April 19, 2022, the Company has filed the application with National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, for reclassification of the following, currently belonging to the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category of the Company ('Outgoing Promoters'), for their reclassification from 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category to 'Public' category, in accordance with Regulation to 31 A of Listing Regulations. The shareholders of the Company, at their Meeting held on April 18, 2022, approved the reclassification of Outgoing Promoters from 'Promoter and Promoter Group' to 'Public' category, subject to requisite approvals including approval from the Stock Exchanges.
