Pursuant to Tranche II Issue, we would like to bring to your kind notice that an inadvertently there has been an error in nine ISINs, as per attachment, while updating the ISINs by KFIN, the Registrar to the Issue, during the corporate action process against the valid applicants. To ratify the error, the Company will be doing the revised corporate action, for credit of NCDs under nine new ISINs with NDSL and CDSL. The Company will get these NCDs listed on Stock Exchanges under new ISINs, subject to necessary approvals from Stock Exchanges and Depositories. For aforesaid purpose, we wish to intimate the Exchanges of the Record Date, as per attachment. We request the Stock Exchanges and Depositories to suspend the Trading of Nine ISIN, for debit of NCDs from old nine ISINs and credit in new nine ISINs. From the record date and till the Stock Exchanges issue new listing circular, the NCDs issued and allotted under said nine ISINs will not be available for trading.
