In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading in securities/ shares of the Company by Designated Person (s) and their Immediate Relatives and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, we wish to inform you that, the Trading Window for dealing in securities/ shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st January, 2022 for all the Designated Person(s) and their immediate relative(s). The trading window will be open 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 31st December, 2021 shall be approved.
