 Please find enclosed herewith copy of the Notice of Postal Ballot of the Company dated October 19, 2020, sent through e-mail to the shareholders of the Company on October 24, 2020 seeking approval of the members of the Company through Postal Ballot for the resolutions as mentioned in the notice of Postal Ballot. In terms of the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (the 'MCA') vide its General Circular No. 14/2020 dated April 8, 2020, General Circular No.17/2020 dated April 13, 2020, General Circular No.22/2020 dated June 15, 2020 and General Circular No.33/2020 dated September 28, 2020 (the 'MCA Circulars') read with Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/79 dated May 12, 2020, the Company has not sent hard copy of the Notice to the shareholders for this postal ballot. Further, the Company has provided remote e-voting facility only and has engaged the services of NSDL to provide remote e-voting facility to the Members of the Company.
