We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in their Board Meeting held on today at the Registered Office which was commenced at 01:45 P.M. and concluded at 02:30 P.M., has, apart from other businesses; -considered, approved and taken on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Result of the Company for the Q1 2021-22 along with Limited Review Reports; and -Decided to call 4th AGM of the Company on Friday, September 17, 2021 at 11.00 A.M. through VC/OAVM in compliance with the circulars of MCA and SEBI and approved the Notice of 4th AGM of the Company. Members whose names are recorded in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Cut-off date i.e. Friday, September 10, 2021, shall be entitled to vote at AGM.
