 We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in their Board Meeting held on today, i.e. on April 30, 2022, have, apart from other businesses, considered and approved the resignation of Mr. Devendra Dineshchandra Tailor from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 1, 2022 who has tendered resignation due to his personal reasons. Mr. Devendra Dineshchandra Tailor stated that there are no such other reasons other than mentioned above. The Details as required under Regulation 30 is attached herewith as Annexure 1.
