 Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the captioned subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Mr. Piyush Khater (Membership No. A-66093) has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. January 10, 2022 due to his personal reasons and unavoidable circumstances. The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from responsibilities w.e.f. January 10, 2022. His successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges.
