 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of our letter submitted on 22nd August, 2023, for alleged non-compliance of Regulation 17 (1A) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Company has made appeal in the matter against both the stock exchanges (BSE & NSE) with the Hon''ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Mumbai bench. The hearing in the said matter was fixed by the SAT today i.e. 22 November, 2023. The SAT has kept the "Order on reserve". We will update you further in this regard.
