In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations 2015, please be informed that at the meeting of the Bord of Directors of the Company held today i.e. 25.01.2024, the Board inter-alia approved the Joint Venture with Siev Baustoffe Auslandsbeteiligugngen Gmbh. Accordingly the Company has entered into a joint venture agreement for the purposes of establishing joint venture company in India.
