Pursuant to the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), the Board of Directors of Fusion Micro Finance Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held on May 22, 2023, inter-alia, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Devesh Sachdev as the Managing Director & CEO of the Company for a period of five years commencing from December 05, 2023 to December 04, 2028 subsequent to the end of his current tenure from December 05, 2018 to December 04, 2023. The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders.
