It is hereby informed that in view of the escalating spread of COVID19 virus situation∈ compliance with the various directions passed by the Central&Local; Govt.Auth., the Co. has decided to temporarily/partially closethe manufacturing operations/production at our chemical Mftg. plants at Mahape,Navi Mumbai, Karakhadi,Vadodara&Dahej; SEZ in Gujarat for aperiod from 24-03-2020 to 31-03-2020 & for any further period as may be necessary,based on guidance from the local ¢ral; Govt.agencies.The Company's operations at the office also are temporarily closed/ partially close as per the directives issued by the respective State Govt.,from time to time. Arrangements have been made for most of the office staff to Work from Home. During thetemporary/partial closure of plants&office;,the operations of the Co. will be adversely impacted. The expected financial impact of the same is not ascertainable atthis stage.The duration of this closure(s)will depend uponfurther directionsfrom the Govt.auth.24-03-2020
