 This is in furtherance to our letter dated August 26, 2020 wherein the Company had informed that the 29th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. (IST) via Video Conference/ Other Audio-Visual Means only, in accordance with the General Circular issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated May 5, 2020 read with General Circulars dated April 8, 2020 and April 13, 2020 and SEBI Circular dated May 12, 2020. Please find enclosed herewith the 29 Annual Report of the Company relating to the Financial Year 2019-20 along with the Notice of the 29th AGM ('Annual Report). The Annual Report is also being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/ Registrar and Transfer Agent/ Depositories.
