Kindly be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, 11th May, 2019 to inter alia consider and approve audited financial results, both on stand alone and consolidated basis, for financial year ended on 31st March, 2019. In this connection, 'Trading Window' will stand closed with immediate effect and would open 48 hours after financial results approved at said Board Meeting will become available to the public inasmuch as disclosed/transmitted to the Stock Exchanges.25-03-2019
