 The Board of Directors in their meeting held to-day unanimously resolved and declared Interim Dividend @25% i.e. Rs 2.50 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each face value, for FY 2019-20, subject to necessary approvals/permissions. For this purpose, Wednesday, 19th February, 2020 has been fixed as Record Date for determining Shareholders eligible to said Interim Dividend. Payment will be made no later than Sunday, 8th March, 2020.
