With the greatest regret, we inform that the Company's Managing Director, Mr Pradeep Bajoria (DIN: 00084031), passed away on 18th July in New York (19 July 04:24 IST) due to ill health. He held office of Managing Director of the Company since 5th August, 2017 and prior thereto Managing Director of erstwhile IFGL Refractories Limited and Indo Flogates Limited. His association has been of almost four decades, during which he was instrumental in introducing several new technologies, built a strong team of professional and the company along with its subsidiaries scaled unprecedented heights. As a well known and respected personality in Refractory industry, he will be missed by all. Our Prayers for the Soul in its continuing journey and his family strength to bear this great loss.
