 Kindly be informed that Prof Bharati Ray (DIN : 06965340) has tendered resignation from the office of Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect i.e. Saturday, 28th May, 2022 due to age and health issues. In this regard, following are enclosed herewith . Resignation Letter Annexure 'A' Disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 Annexure 'B' It is hereby confirmed that there is no other material reason other than that mentioned above for the resignation of Prof Ray from the office Independent Director of the Company. The Board place on record sincere appreciation for guidance and support received from Prof Ray during her association with the Company.
