 Notice is hereby given that Securities and Exchange Board of India has passed an Adjudication Order dated 18th October, 2022 bearing No. Order/GR/PU/2022-23/20387 thereby levied on the Company penalty of Rs. 500,000/- (Rupees five lacs only) in terms of provisions of Section 23E of SCR Act, 1956 for alleged violation of provisions of SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated 18th October, 2019 along with Clause 6C(I) of the said Circular and of Regulation 4(1)(e) of the LODR Regulations, in July, 2020. Aforesaid Order of SEBI is being examined and the Company may file an Appeal before the Securities Appellate Tribunal within prescribed time, should it deem proper and necessary.
