Kesar Enterprises Ltd - 507180 - Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

 The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e. Friday, 12.11.2021 have, inter-alia, considered and approved a proposal for expansion of the Company's Distillery capacity to 80KLPD Multi Pressure Distillation plant from existing capacity of 45KLPD as well as modernisation of the plant. The proposed expansion of capacity and modernisation is essential and necessary for efficient functioning of the Company's Distillery Division, and also for its long-term survival. The proposed capacity expansion and modernisation will also help the Company tap better, the opportunity arising out of the Government's encouragement to produce Ethanol for the purpose of blending with Petroleum up to 10%, which is likely to be increased up to 20% in near future. Total Timeframe to implement the proposed expansion will be approximately 7-8 months. The Company shall keep the Stock Exchange updated of any new material developments, if any, in this regard.
