KESAR ENTERPRISES LTD.-$ - 507180 - Results-Delay in Financial Results

 The Company is required to submit its annual audited financial results for the financial year ended on 31.03.2022, on or before 30.05.2022. However, in view of enhanced disclosure requirements under amended Schedule III, enhanced reporting requirements as per new CARO, 2020 , delay in collation of financial data, as detailed in the enclosed letter, the Company has not been able to finalise its financial results for quarter and financial year ended on 31.03.2022 and consequently, audit for the same is also yet to be completed. Therefore, the Company shall not be able to submit the said results by 30.05.2022. The Company shall make sincere efforts to complete the finalisation of annual results as soon as possible, for the purpose of submission to the Stock Exchange. The Company shall give prior intimation of Board Meeting, wherein said financial results shall be approved, whenever the results are finalised and the audit of the same is also completed.
