It is informing that the company was made all the arrangements for proper conducting and holding the AGM though VC/AOVM by selecting /adopting the ZOOM as E-AGM platform on today (i.e) 28.09.2020 @10.45 A.M. We have opted ZOOM platform and got link and Login credentials. Suddenly, on today morning @10.00 A.M (i.e 28.09.2020) we found that the link and login credentials was changed and appeared login credentials differently from the login credentials shared to shareholders. . Even though the Quorum was presented to have the meeting , most of the members missed the opportunity to join in the AGM, due to this technical error in Zoom platform. In these circumstances, the company has decided to have another AGM at future date duly giving an opportunity to all the shareholders. We will intimate and circulate these facts to the Shareholders through our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (i.e KFin Technologies pvt ltd) soon.
