 With the reference to the e-mail dated July 16, 2021 regarding Non-submission of Annual and initial disclosure relating to Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates as per SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/05/2019- 20 dated April, 11, 2019. We would like to inform you that as per the applicability criteria given under SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, The Company does not fulfill the criteria specified in the above mentioned SEBI Circular and hence Company does not fall in the category of 'Large Corporate' and cannot be considered as Large Corporate as defined under the said circular. Please take the same on your record. Therefore we need not to do any compliance. We request you to kindly rectify your record accordingly.
