In this regard a copy of the formal order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Delhi dated February 20,2020 has been filed with Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana on March 11,2020. Henceforth, the scheme of amalgamation of Swachh Industries Limited (Transferor Company) with Goodluck India Limited (Transferee Company) has become effective from March 11, 2020.
