The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2017, inter alia, has recommended the Final Dividend @ 12.5% i.e. Rs. 1.25 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2017 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.29-05-2017
