 In continuation with the earlier intimation dt 11.04.20, pursuant to Reg 30 & other applicable Reg, it is hereby informed that in view of the serious impact of COVID-19 pandemic on all the sectors including Automotive Industry and in the interest of Company's sustainability, the all Promoter Directors of the Company have further voluntary decided to renounce their remuneration for the period from July 2020 to September, 2020 i.e. 2nd Quarter for the financial year 2019-20. This above would be in addition to annual commission (FY 2019-20) and 1st Quarter remuneration (April-June 2020) relinquished earlier by the executive Directors to sustain & take care of people connected with Company directly or indirectly In view of the above, a message from Mr. Deep Kapuria, Executive Chairman to Stakeholders of the Company is enclosed herewith. The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd - 522073 - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Strikes /Lockouts / Disturbances

 Pur.to Reg 30 and other applicable Reg. of the SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015,and in ref to our Comm. dt.23/03/2020, wherein we had informed temporary suspension of operations at various manufacturing facilities due to COVID-19 pandemic. In this regard it is stated that GoI, though have extended the lockdown by 2 weeks till 17/05/2020. At same time, the Govt has liberalised some activities in limited manner thru issue of fresh guidelines by categorizing 3 parts, such as Green Zone, Red Zone and Orange Zone. Our manufacturing facilities in Bhiwadi, Raj. and Manesar, Haryana fall in Orange Zones, as of now. In view of abv. we have resumed our operation in limited manner w.e.f 04/05/2020 in strict compliance with various applicable guidelines issued by the Govt.Further it is informed that as and when the Govt will ease the relaxations of lockdown gradually the Company will ramp up its operations.  Pursuant to Reg 30 and other applicable Regs of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that in view of the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the Automotive Industry and in the interest of Company's sustainability , the Promoter Directors of the Company i.e., Mr. Deep Kapuria, Executive Chairman, Mr. Pranav Kapuria, Managing Director and Mr. Anuj Kapuria, WTD of the Company (collectively known as 'Executive Directors') have voluntary decided to renounce their remuneration for the period from April 2020 to June 2020 along with their right to receive commission for the financial year 2019-20.
