The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd - 522073 - Transfer Of Shares To The Account Of IEPF Authority
Pursuant to section 124 & 125 of the Companies Act 2013 and rules made thereunder, all shares in respect of which dividend has not been paid or claimed for seven consecutive years or more shall be transferred by the company in the name of the account specified by IEPF authority. The Company identified 1 case (1600 shares) which was eligible to be transferred to the IEPF Authority Account in the current FY relating to interim dividend declared during the FY 2012-13. We have sent notice to shareholder and made necessary publications in Newspaper informing him to claim the dividend at the earliest. In the absence of the reply, the shares were duly transferred to the IEPF Authority as per the relevant rules. The CDSL has acknowledged the credit of transfer of 1600 shares by enclosed letter dated September 02, 2020. In view of this, corporate action pursuant to above provisions is completed for transfer of 1600 shares to the IEPF Authority Account. Kindly take note of above.03-09-2020
