The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd - 522073 - Transfer Of Shares To The Account Of IEPF Authority

 Pursuant to sec 124 & 125 of the Co Act 2013 read with IEPF Rules, all shares in respect of which dividend has not been paid or claimed for 7 consecutive yrs or more shall be transferred by the Co in the account specified by IEPF authority. The Company identified 1 case (consisting of 400 equity shares) which was eligible to be transferred to the IEPF Account in the current FY. We have sent the individual notice to the shareholder and published notice pursuant to above provisions in the Newspapers informing him to claim the dividend at the earliest, otherwise his shares will be transferred to the IEPF Account in due course of time. In the absence of the reply/claim, the shares were duly transferred to the IEPF Authority by making the Corporate Action. The CDSL has acknowledged the credit of transfer of 400 shares by enclosed letter dated January 11, 2021. In view of this, corporate action is completed for transfer of 400 shares to IEPF Account.
