 Pursuant to provisions of the Companies Act 2013 read with IEPF Authority Rules 2016, all shares in respect of which dividend has not been paid or claimed for 7 consecutive years or more shall be transferred by the company to IEPF authority account. The Company identified 1 case which was eligible to be transferred to IEPF Authority in the current FY relating to interim dividend declared during the FY 2013-14.
