 In furtherance to earlier intimation dated 19th August 2022, we wish to inform that, pursuant to the composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement involving Yaari Digital Integrated Services Limited ('the Company/ Demerging Company 1') and Indiabulls Enterprises Limited ('IEL/ Resulting Company 1') amongst others, which came into effect on August 3, 2022 ('the Scheme'), IEL has informed the Company that IEL has, today i.e. on September 9, 2022, issued and allotted its fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 2/- each to the shareholders of the Company, who were entitled to receive 1 (one) fully paid-up equity share of face value Rs. 2 each of IEL for every 1 (one) fully paid-up equity share of face value of Rs. 2 each, held by them in the Company, on the Yaari Record Date i.e. September 2, 2022. The said allotted equity shares will be submitted by IEL for listing with BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, in accordance with the Scheme. Please refer attachment.
