In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended, please find enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated January 2, 2020, for seeking approval of the Members to the special business as contained in the said Notice. The said Postal Ballot Notice, together with Explanatory Statement and Postal Ballot Form, has been sent to the shareholders of the Company through permitted modes, whose name appear on the Register of Members / list of Beneficial Owners received from the RTA, NSDL and CDSL, as on December 31, 2019 i.e. the Cut-off date. The Company has engaged the services of KFin Technologies Private Limited for providing the e-voting facility to all the holders of Equity Shares. The voting through postal ballot and e-voting will commence at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 and shall end at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. The results of postal ballot will be declared latest by Thursday, February 6, 2020.
