 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the registered office of the Company on Saturday, 3rd day of August, 2019 at 02.00 PM., to consider, approve and take on record, inter-alia, the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 among other items. Further, with reference to the intimation dated 29th June, 2019 with respect to the Closure of the Trading window, the Company herewith once again intimates that the Trading Window shall remain closed from 1st July, 2019 till 05th August, 2019 (Both days inclusive) Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code is once again advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from 1st July, 2019 to 05th August, 2019 (both days Inclusive).
