 Pursuant to the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives as prescribed in the Schedule B of the regulations from 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges for the quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2022.

 Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the rating for Long Term credit facilities from the Bankers of the Company have been reviewed and reaffirmed the existing rating as CARE BBB- (Triple B Minus; Outlook: Stable) and for Short Term credit facilities have been reviewed and reaffirmed the existing rating as CARE A3 (A Three) by rating agencies, viz. CARE Ratings Limited, communicated vide their email. Moreover, CARE has assigned CARE BBB- (Triple B Minus; Outlook: Stable) / CARE A3 (A Three) rating to new Long term / Short term Bank facilities availed by the Company during FY 2021-22.
