The outcome of the Board Meeting along with the said results will be submitted in accordance with the Listing Regulations. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in continuation to our letter dated December 30, 2022 bearing reference number SBIL/F&A-CS/NSE-BSE/2223/340 the trading window will remain closed from January 1, 2023 to January 23, 2023 (both days inclusive) for declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 202205-01-2023
