In continuation to our intimation vide ref. no. SBIL/CS/NSE-BSE/2324/65 dated July 07, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 04:30 P.M. and concluded at 06:30 P.M. on July 25, 2023 which inter-alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations and other applicable requirements, a copy of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 together with the Limited Review Report in the prescribed format is enclosed.
