Pursuant to applicable provisions, it is hereby notified that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons shall continue to remain closed from 1st April 2021 till after 48 hours of declaration of Annual Audited Financial Results of the company for the year ending 31.3.2021 under the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of declaration of results shall be intimated separately. It may be mentioned that the Trading Window of MMTC has already been closed effective from 1st January 2021 onwards for the purpose of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31.12.2020 for which the meeting of Board of MMTC is yet to be scheduled.31-03-2021

Further to our earlier communication of even number dated the 11th February 2021 on the above subject, we would like to inform you that the Accounts of JV company - M/s Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd (NINL) for 2019-20 onwards are getting delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of MMTC. Therefore, the company is not able to hold the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results including consolidated results for the quarter ended 31st December 2020 within the earlier sought time of 28th February 2021 under the provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. We, therefore, request you once again to grant us time for holding the Board Meeting of MMTC in this regard by the middle of March 2021 and publication of unaudited results thereof. Best efforts will, however, be made to hold the Board Meeting of MMTC at the earliest.02-03-2021
