 Further to our previous communications on the subject, it is hereby informed that upon filing of application by MMTC seeking modification of the orders of the Joint Registrar in regard to proclamation of sale of SCOPE Complex, the Hon'ble High Court vide order dated 14.09.2021 has kept the same in abeyance till next date of hearing on 27.9.2021 and ordered for listing before Joint Registrar for appropriate directions on 15.9.2021 for property located at L-1/1, Hauz Khas Enclave, New Delhi considering reserve price of Rs. 60 crores. . This order was issued by the Hon'ble High Court in modifications of the previous orders dt. 27.8.2021 of the Hon'ble High Court. With regard to attachment of shareholding in JVs viz. NINL, FTWPL, MPIPL, SIOTL and TM Mining Company Limited and attachment of bank accounts, the same has been listed for 27th September 2021. Order dt. 14.9.2021 in No.OMP(ENF) (COMM.)19/ 2018 is available on the website of High Court of Delhi.

 It is hereby informed on the above legal case that the execution court vide order dated 27.08.2021 has attached the two bank accounts of MMTC in SBI Bhubaneswar and SBI Paradeep. The Hon'ble High Court of Delhi has also allowed the application of Decree holder before the Joint Registrar on 3.9.2021 for hearing the procedure for proclamation of sale of two properties lying at Core-1, SCOPE Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi and L-1/1, Hauz Khas Enclave, New Delhi. The Court has further asked details of MMTC's JVs such as NINL, FTWPL, MPIPL, SIOTL and TM Mining Company Limited. The next date of hearing in this regard is 14.9.2021. On this date the Court will also look at MMTC's proposal for its Housing Colony at Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi-17. MMTC Ltd - 513377 - Results-Delay in Financial Results

 Sir/Madam, Due to the second phase of severe COVID pandemic since mid-April 2021 onwards, many of our employees got affected and some are still in recovery stage. It may also be mentioned that due to sudden demise of the senior partner of our Statutory Auditors - M/s M L Puri & Co., the audit got delayed. Considering the number of joint venture companies in India and one wholly owned subsidiary in overseas (Singapore), consolidation of Annual Audited Accounts becomes very difficult to be completed within the time limit. NINL, a JV of MMTC is yet to finalise its annual accounts due to Corona/labour issues. All efforts are being made to get the accounts of NINL finalized soon. we request the Stock Exchanges to extend the time limit for consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results (both stand alone and consolidated) for the quarter ended on 30th June 2021 by the Board of Directors of MMTC Ltd by 30th September 2021

MMTC Ltd - 513377 - Intimation U/R 30 Of SEBI(LODR) 2015 Regarding Outcome Of Supreme Court Judgement Order In The Matter Of M/S Anglo Coal Pte Ltd Vs. MMTC Ltd.

 Dear Sir/Madam, It is hereby informed that on the Review Petition filed by MMTC in the matter of MMTC vs. Anglo American Metallurgical Coal Pty Ltd, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed an order reducing the interest component. Details are being worked out to know the impact on this decision. MMTC may be required to make significant provision in the Accounts for 2020-21 subject to Auditors/Board approval. However, all legal remedies still available are being explored. On account of this, the Annual Accounts of MMTC for the financial year 2020-21 may be delayed. SEBI is being informed of this accordingly. Refer our earlier letter dated 24.6.2021 seeking extension of time for finalization of accounts for FY 2020-21.
