 It is hereby informed that Ms Arti Bhatnagar, AS&FA, MOC&I is appointed as Govt. Nominee Director on the Board of MMTC Ltd vide order dtd 24.02.2023 ofMOC&I vice Shri Shashank Priya, the then SS&FA, MOC&I. Ms Arti Bhatnagar aged 57 years and is a Civil Servant of the Indian Defence Accounts Service of 1990 Batch. She is presently working as AS& FA, MOC&I, MHI & Ministry of MSME. She has a post graduate degree in Economics and M.Phil in Defence Strategic Studies from Madras University. Ms.Bhatnagar is an alumni of the National Defence College. With about 25 years of experience in dealing with Finance, Accounts and Audit of the Defence Forces, her expertise is in handling defence acquisition and procurement contracts. Ms. Bhatnagar has worked as JS(Security), Cabinet Secretariat handling SPG for five years. She has also worked as CVO in Air India, Pawan Hans Ltd & Airport Authority of India.

 Further to our notice of even number dated 6.2.2023 intimating about the meeting of the Board of directors to consider and approve the Quarterly Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2022, please find enclosed a copy of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2022 which were approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of MMTC Limited in its meeting held today, i.e. 13th February, 2023. Pursuant to Clause 3 of the Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a copy of the Limited Review Report dated 13.02.2023 on the Unaudited Financial Results for the said quarter from M/s. M.L. Puri & Co., Statutory Auditors is also forwarded herewith. The results will also be disseminated on the company's website at www.mmtclimited.com. The meeting commenced at 1530 hrs and concluded at 1745 hrs.

 Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI(Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby report that in terms of Notification No.60/2022 dated 10.01.2023 issued by the Office of the Commissioner of Customs(General), Mumbai w.e.f. 1st February, 2023, M/s Diamond & Gem Development Corporation Ltd(DGDC) has been appointed as 'Customs Cargo Service Provider' for safe custody and storage of import and export precious cargo at Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai and SEEPZ-SEZ. The custodianship of MMTC Limited at SEEPZ Mumbai shall stand terminated w.e.f. 1st February, 2023 in terms of above notification. The Company has felt pertinent to disclose the above development to stock exchanges as part of good governance practice.

MMTC LTD. - 513377 - Update On Legal Case - Anglo American Metallurgical Pte Ltd Vs. MMTC Ltd.

 Pursuant to Regn 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regns. 2015, it is hereby informed that the captioned matter was listed before the Hon'ble high Court of Delhi on 14.12.2022. The Hon'ble Court granted three weeks' time to Decree holder (Anglo) for filing its reply to MMTC's application w.r.t. seeking the release of the original title deeds deposited by the Judgement Debtor in compliance of the order dated 22nd May, 2019 and discharge/setting aside of direction issued in Paragraph 11 of order dated 28.9.2021 w.r.t. shareholding in Joint Ventures. Further, the Hon'ble court granted two weeks' time to MMTC for filing rejoinder to the reply filed by Anglo Coal to the stay application filed by MMTC. Apart from the above applications, M/s. Anglo Coal has also filed two more applications, to which the Hon'ble Court granted three weeks to MMTC for filing its reply. All the aforesaid applications are listed for hearing on 15.02.2023. Copy of above order is available on the website of Delhi High Court.
